Our international client with a stable background is looking for an experienced accountant who will jointly be responsible with the chief accountant for the accounting processes of the Hungarian manufacturing unit.
The workplace is in District 10 and is easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing, and financial reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data, focusing on variances between actual and standard costs
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of inventory valuation and production cost analysis
- Provide support for budget preparation and forecasting
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in accounting), chartered accounting certification
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced, active English knowledge - in writing and speaking as well
- Proven time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Hungarian language skills also required
