What you will be doing:

< >Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas (not exhaustive)Apply cash remittances and credits/adjustmentsSend cash application status / report daily to entityValidation of interfacesSchedule payment runMaintain payment blocksVerify payment run (interface)Send payment register/plan for review and approvalDisburse paymentReconciliation & ReportingPosting of interest and bank chargesReconciliation bank clearing accountReconcile bank accounts with systemPrepare statistics/ special reporting requirementsPrepare cashflow forecast  Manage Intercompany Clearing Process, Netting with entities outside the netting toolIdentify, evaluate and resolve issues (incl. process improvements)Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationshipEnsure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basisCoach and train junior team members 

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

< >University degree in Economics or Finance with major in accounting or equivalent qualification, Professional accountancy qualification is beneficialVery good English and German language skills (written and spoken)1+ years of experience in accounting (primarily PT) Very good understanding of the Accounting processes Continuous Improvement and Quality mindset Transition experience is beneficialStrong customer orientationVery good knowledge of SAP FIAbility to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right timeExcellent communication skillsValue added processes, complex tasks Personal and professional development opportunitiesAttractive work environmentCafeteriaHome OfficeEnsure work-life balance for you
