Our multinational client is looking for an Accounting & Reporting Manager leading a team of Senior Accountants. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional wit accounting/audit/reporting background, 2+ years of managerial experience, excellent English knowledge, and a very positive mindset and great presentation skills.
Your tasks will be as an Accounting & Reporting Manager:
- Monthly Accounting & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate monthly accounting, closing, and internal reporting.
- Statutory & Tax Filings: Manage statutory and tax filings, including annual returns and direct tax returns.
- Audit Coordination: Plan and complete statutory audits, liaise with external auditors, and address their queries.
- GAAP Reconciliation: Maintain US GAAP to local GAAP reconciliations and proper documentation.
- Process Improvement: Propose solutions to enhance processes and support transformation initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support various projects to advance company growth.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 3 accountants, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Education: Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA (or international equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience: Significant managerial finance experience, preferably in large, complex multinational companies. Excellent knowledge of statutory and direct tax as well as regulatory processes.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of US GAAP, statutory GAAP in EMEA, SAP, Power-BI, or similar ERP system
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and team player mentality.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; another European language is a plus.
