WW Special Bid Pricing Analyst

Our American multinational partner company is looking for a WW Special Bid Pricing Analyst for their team - with Finance/Business university degree & 5+ years related experience.  

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing competitive bid pricing, analysing sales data, customer requirements, and cost and price quotes. You will collaborate with sales teams, channel teams, financial planning, marketing, and treasury to determine optimal prices and terms. You will evaluate the profitability of business cases and approve or propose alternative prices. This role is crucial for supporting business growth and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in financial planning, pricing, sales operations, product marketing, and/or sales. They should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The candidate must be able to review and understand customer bid packages and requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop and present formal business case analyses that outline and evaluate the company's return on investments. Proficiency in spreadsheet management, communication, and negotiation is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer bid packages and RFPs.
  • Ensure solutions align with corporate financial objectives.
  • Develop pricing proposals and present business case analyses.
  • Lead internal financial discussions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Provide expertise on business dynamics related to pricing, profit, risk, and scope.
