Your tasks will be:
- Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe
- Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
- Maintain strong working relationships with production plants in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
- Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other key departments like Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging, Purchasing
- Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
- Manage the inventory to an optimum level, support the implementation of regional projects
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related
- Business fluent English & at least conversation German language skills
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g.: functions, pivot table) & ERP system knowledge is a requirement
- Experience with SAP APO is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
