Sales Data & Commercial Reporting Analyst

Your tasks will be :
The Sales Data & Commercial Reporting Analyst responsibility is to ensure that output of Customer Database reflects the reality of Sales Out reports of Distributors, Resellers and of their inventory.
To fulfill this role, he/she will help the Sales team and work with other company support functions in ensuring that partners send their data on time and with all the detail necessary, perform reconciliation versus the company sell in information to assess the completeness of the information, maintain the Customer Database, the sales reps accounts assignments coming from the system and eventually enrich transactions where necessary.
Involves a lot of coordination and communication among the various teams.
- Data quality control and Maintenance:
- Identify missing or duplicate information and correct
- Maintains customer data repository
- Coordinates with Microsoft D365 Key Users when Customer, Distributor, Reseller account profiles need correction
- Monitor Sales Representatives Account assignments matching in all used system
- Coordinates with master data teams to correct contracts, prices, product tables, customer table
- Reconcile Sell Out and Inventory with Sell In dataIdentifying Sales transactions with missing Quotes & ensure the quotes are added, by that influencing correct revenue calculation and assignment
- Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy of weekly reporting of Sell Out to EMEA/WWFulfilling ad-hoc report requests for internal/external audits
- Support to calculate sales attainment for commissions
- Providing channel inventory report supports the forecast and outlook processes through visibility
- Support the calculation of volume incentive rebates and partner program attainments
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
- Cooperate with other support functions (Sales, Finance, and other Backoffice teams) by reporting missing information
- Work with Sales Account Managers to get correct data from Distributors when needed
- Inform Distributor Setup team of new partners on boarding and provides them the necessary information
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
- Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
- Excellent Excel skillsDatabase experience is a plus
- SAP experience is a preference
- Excellent verbal and written English, and preferably German, too
- Be proactive in resolving issues and delivering business solutions
- Analytical skills to capture business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
- Ability to be a global team player, communicate and work well in a collaborative environment

- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with international contacts, various departments (sales, IT especially) and external customers
