What you will be doing as an HR Reporting Specialist:
- Manage HR-related data and support the processes in the DACH region
- Display the implementation of different HR business processes using the reporting dashboard
- Provide core data for the annual HR reports
- Support the implementation of new reporting processes and technical changes
- Accompany internal HR projects
- Participate in process improvement
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
- 2+ years in reporting and analytics
- Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
- Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
- Advanced computer skills, experience with SAP SFEC or ServiceNow is a plus
