What you will be doing as a Communication Expert:
• Support employer branding and employee experience related processes
• Focus on improving the overall involvement of the organization’s workforce
• Collaborate with other departments and implement Employer Branding, Cultural and Communication initiatives
• Analyze and follow up on employee feedback
• Provide data for analysis of customer surveys
• Guide local employee ambassador groups and programs
• Manage internal communication, change management and employer branding activities
• Monitor industry trends
• Actively participate in Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Change Management initiatives
• Onboarding support for new joiners
• Ensure cost-effective solutions for the development of Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Cultural and Communication initiatives and monitor ongoing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Change Management field
• Good knowledge of conceptual and pragmatical Employer Branding and Employee Experience methods
• Fluency in English
• Experience with image and video editing software, plus social media content creation
