Our multinational client is looking for an Accounting & Reporting Accountant for their team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, and excellent English knowledge.
Your tasks will be as an Accounting & Reporting Accountant:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly recording of accounting entries for portfolio entities, following policies, closing schedules, and company guidelines.
- Prepare accounting entries under the guidance of the Manager for the entities in the region.
- Maintain reconciliations between USGAAP and local GAAP, ensuring proper supporting documentation.
- Support the Manager or Senior Accountant during statutory or tax audits.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners and other Finance functions, being collaborative and proactive.
- Support Finance teams in understanding their systems, processes, and business gaps.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Degree in economics or business administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in a multinational company
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Good written and verbal English, another European language is a plus
- Strong time management skills
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Knowledge of SAP, Power-BI, Blackline, OneSource or similar
