German Speaking Project Manager
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the successful implementation of a new or existing client including the deployment of new hardware and MPS (Managed Print Services) infrastructure. The Project Manager will serve as the key interface to large clients during the initiation, planning, executing, and closing phases. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful project implementation, including the deployment of hardware and the Managed Print Services infrastructure required to support the customer. This position’s principal responsibility is to manage assigned projects from the SOW/contract signing through the completion of implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate and direct projects to ensure a complete and satisfactory solution is implemented
- Follow PMO prescribed process, procedures and methodology in the execution of all projects
- Produce a project plan of all phases, activities and tasks necessary for executing the project and manage the project schedule
- Establish a baseline budget, timeline and set of customer expectations at project initiation and manage to that baseline
- Accountable for ensuring that the order template has been created correctly and is correct for the initial order to be placed
- Review all expedited or special case orders for placement by the Project Coordinator
- Lead the Project Manager/Project Coordinator team in the execution of all assigned projects
- Manage Implementation team personnel, ensure all services required by contract are initiated within the established timeline, budget and technical objectives
- Conduct progress reviews with client and team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required
- Develop and manage the project's change control procedures
- Assist management in making reality-based decisions regarding the development of timeline and budget in the Pre-Sales process
- Manage scope, budget, margin, and all project resources
- Manage the relationship among client, all team members, and management
- Ascertain (with the team) areas of risk and develop appropriate contingencies
- Accountable for the accuracy of the installation data collected through debrief processes
- Provide current updates to meeting minutes
Requirements :
- University Degree or equivalent
- PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years experience - ideally in hardware deployments
- Demonstrated experience in managing a project scope, budget, margin and resources
- Past experience working in a role responsible for managing a client relationship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Excellent Project Management, analytical, problem solving and process management skills in addition to technical attitudeExcellent communication skills and customer service skills
