Our multinational client is looking for a Treasury Team Lead colleague for their team, with remote work possibilities.
The Treasury Team Lead will be responsible for cash planning & management, Forex exposure management, collection of funds, bank relationship management and operational payment planning
The ideal candidate should have about 5 years of relevant experience, and fluent English knowledge.
Your tasks will be as a Treasury Team Lead:
- Develop and implement strategies for customer payment methods.
- Plan and manage cash flow.
- Assist Controllers with intercompany transfer management.
- Take full responsibility for bank and credit card fee management.
- Lead and inspire a proactive Treasury team of 5 Assistants/Analysts.
- Supervise the customer payment process
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in an international treasury environment, with a focus on cash planning and credit card operations.
- Strong multitasking, deadline management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and supporting business needs and reporting to supervisors.
- Eagerness to learn, flexibility, resilience under stress, and a proactive attitude.
