Our client primarily focuses on the manufacturing of server infrastructure, storage systems, and high-end PC workstations. To expand their team, they are looking for a future colleague for the following position:

Outbound Operations Team Leader

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Continuously monitor and maintain the logistics system and processes to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Creating and analyzing reports about order profiles, and stock reports to better understand how to further optimize storage and truck scheduling. This includes planning the resources, especially for peak season for 3PL.
  • Continuous discussion with other departments, like OE to maintain and track the priority list of orders.
  • Solving all ECC-related issues that is generated either in the warehouse or by MFG.
  • Supporting and organizing the yearly wall to wall stock taking.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree of economics, logistics, international trade, etc.
  • Have at least 1 year experience in similar role
  • Have good communication and coordination skills
  • Have good learning ability, teamwork spirit and strong work initiative.
  • Open to work in multicultural environment
  • Have a good understanding of systems, SAP, MS Office package
  • Good level of English language knowledge
