Electrical test equipment and measuring instrument manufacturer and distributor company is looking for an Office Manager colleague, who could be responsible for complex value-added processes in the field of office management, sales support, finance, logistics and marketing tasks as well and provide direct support to the CEO.

 

Salary range belonging to the position: gr. 680.000-750.000 HUF - the salary available to applicants within the specified salary range may vary depending on professional experience

What you will be doing:

  • Support the work of the CEO
  • Support of office operation
  • Management of official documents
  • Support office administration and administration around commercial activities
  • Maintain contact with suppliers, partners and lawyers
  • Stock and inventory management
  • Customer and supplier database management
  • Preparation of marketing materials
  • Financial tasks:
    • Monitor bank and payment transactions
    • House cash register documentation
    • Accounts receivable management
    • Invoicing
    • Be in contact with the accountant

 

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

  • Fluency in English
  • 1-2+ years of experience in office management
  • College or university degree
  • Knowledge of accounting is a preference, but not a core requirement
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP is an advantage
  • Can-do attitude, proactivity
  • Attention to details
