Job summary:
- You have experience and are Taking the lead in at least one of the topics: execution of the Recruiting, People Management Services and Administration strategy within HR Solution Center Europe (HR SCE) to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
- Be a hands-on sparring partner and collaborate with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
- Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the region by ensuring the delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
- Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
- Be the human leader that your team looks up to by managing, coaching, motivating and developing every team member
- Take responsibility for allocating respective resources, ensuring that all services are fully covered all time and managing performance/efficiency targets
- Have your KPI-glasses on and monitor service/operational level agreements and other KPI’s and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management
- > 5 years of profound experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
- Proven international leadership experience in HR SSC and
- experience in managing teams with different backgrounds and professional orientations
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insights
- Good negotiation skills, excellent communicator and networker
- A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
- Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
- Fluent in English and German, French as a plus
