Join our Partner, a leader in delivering innovative, custom-built software solutions for the hospitality industry. We are expanding our Hotel Soft Implementation team and are looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant to help our hospitality clients adopt and maximize our technology in their operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Software Implementation & Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate and deliver software implementation projects on-site at hotel client locations.
- Manage all aspects of implementation including scheduling, setup, configuration, and go-live support.
- Lead training sessions for hotel staff on how to effectively use our Partner’ssystems.
- Provide hands-on assistance during software rollouts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Consultancy & Operational Understanding:
- Understand client business operations and workflows to align implementations with their real-world needs.
- Offer process improvement advice and ensure the software is customized to client-specific requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor post-installation, offering guidance and support to ensure optimal system use.
- Documentation & Cross-Department Communication:
- Ensure all technical and user documentation is accurately prepared and shared with relevant departments.
- Work closely with internal teams including development, product, and customer support for a smooth delivery process.
- Adhere to internal quality standards and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in software implementation, ideally within hotel or hospitality environments.
- Hands-on operational experience in a hotel (e.g., front office, reservations, or F&B).
- Familiarity with hotel management software and/or financial accounting systems (ERP experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and a customer-first approach.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to troubleshoot in real time.
- Driving license (Category B).
- Advanced English proficiency; French is a strong plus.
