Our multinational partner company is looking for a German speaking Treasurer colleague for their team, with part-time (4hours/day) possibility.
The ideal candidate should have about 2 years of relevant experience, and fluent German, and English knowledge.
Working time: part-time (20 hours/week)
Your tasks will be as a Treasurer:
- Register, control, manage leasing transactions in the Institutional Tool
- Support the daily payment authorization process in treasury and banking systems
- Follow up and manage Intercompany Loans
- Maintain active and efficient communication with internal and external entities (Other Departments, Regional/Corporate offices, banks, etc.)
- Support month end closing and reporting
- Support global lease management projects
- Responsible for the implementation and integration of new activities
- Backing up colleagues
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (Spanish language is an advantage)
- University or college degree in economics or finance
- About 2 years of relevant experience (AP, AR, Treasury etc.)
- Advanced MS Excel
- Accurate, precise, reliable and analytical personality with attention to detail
- Able and willing to assume responsibility and keep deadlines
