Responsibilities :
The Customer care representative is a key position within our organization of our client, working with the Account Manager for the Polish market, with responsibility for the complete and successful delivery of our products and services to our customers (distributors/resellers) and realization of our sales targets.
You will be in close contact with your customers and the colleagues from the logistic departments, by phone and email, to ensure an optimal on time and accurate service is provided so our customers will want to return to us time and time again. Your service consists of an accurate, professional and speedy response to all quotation requests and the swift resolution of any issues that may arise. A ‘can do’ and positive attitude is vital as is the ability to integrate into a team environment.
Requirements:
- Educated to bachelor level
- Polish language skill at level of a native speaker and a confident level of English is a must
- Proactive, customer focused and service oriented
- Flexible and able to cope with pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is beneficial
- Immediate start preferred
