On behalf of our multinational Client we are looking for a Claim Handling Engineer.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Investigating incoming complaints of pneumatic applications raised by automotive customers
- Managing assessment of customer complaints
- Composing professional standpoint individually related to the technical correlations of complaints
- Managing proactive communication with the responsibles of Customer Service and Sales departments
- Coordinating the investigation process followed by the members of focus team
- Preparing the implementation of corrective measures
- Creating specific reports on a regular basis
- Preparing improvement and optimization proposals
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree (preferably mechanical, mechatronics)
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience within quality engineering environment.
- English knowledge – intermediate level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level.
- Team player, action orientated and driving results with practical attitude.
- Knowledge of problem solving methods
- Ambitious personality, committed to professionalism
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience gained in an automotive specific industrial environment
- Knowledge of ESD production aspects
- Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- In addition to Hungarian and English, communication skills in another foreign language will be a plus.
