Our multinational Shared Service client in Budapest (9th district) is looking for an experienced people manager for its Supply Chain Tower who will lead 3 people, will aim a best in class partner/customer experience within the given Supply Chain framework, will oversee and monitor the end-to-end Supply Chain operation steps within scope, and acts as first level escalation point for internal & external customers.

If you have 2 to 5 years management experience in Customer Relationship management in an international environment, have Supply Chain, Order Management background, speak fluent English and would like be a part of a well-organized and growing company, apply for this great opportunity.

Your tasks will be:

  • Keeps daily meetings (Region meeting) with all relevant stakeholders and keeps up-to-date tracker of the actions
  • Takes decisions about Emergency Shipments
  • Gathers all relevant inputs from all stakeholders to the EMEA Control Tower meeting
  • Estimates revenue outlook for a given time frame each and every workday
  • Proposes better-fit Supply Chain solutions to reduce cost or to increase efficiency across the Region   
  • Estimates processable unit OL for the Region
  • Participates in the EMEA CT meeting and gives inputs to the CT manager with accuracy
  • Gathers customer escalations and takes the necessary recovery actions
  • Maintains the partner and country relationship within the Region by being the Supply Chain SPOC for the regional stakeholders
  • Highlights allocation requests
  • Operational co-ordination
  • Drives through projects upon request
  • Providing backup for the teammates when they are absent
  • Scope: Finished goods, hardware deployment, Spare Parts
  • Committing and delivering the agreed revenue for the Region
  • Providing data visibility on-demand
  • Delivering solutions to mitigate operational issues
  • Achieving the key performance indicators of the Region
  • Translating the Supply Chain strategy to Operations where applicable

 

Requirements :

  • University Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
  • 2 to 5 years management experience in Customer Relationship management in an international environment
  • Any similar experience in Sales Administration/Order to Cash will be a plus
  • Ability to act quickly in case of issue
  • Pro-activity & autonomy

  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork
  • Drive change management
  • MS Office skills. Very good knowledge of Excel required
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • SAP experience in Supply Chain modules would be a plus
  • English Advanced Working proficiency level
  • Any other European language would be a plus
