Finance Speacialist (with home office option, 6th district)

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to manage the complete financial administration of their two restaurants in the country and support their 25-member team.

Our client is a long-term, stable player in the domestic gastronomy scene, offering an indefinite-term employment contract, flexible working hours, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and providing data to the external accounting firm for bookkeeping and payroll
  • Communicating with suppliers – negotiating prices and contract terms
  • Updating inventory records, analyzing inventory discrepancies
  • Preparing bank transfers, compiling transfer packages
  • Managing employee records, HR administration
  • Using the internal system (Sage)
  • Handling cash and petty cash
  • Preparing reports for the hotel – commissions, room rates, and other fees (“landlord”), and for the parent company
  • Daily communication with the local Operations Manager and the Head Chef

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency is essential, as the selection process will be conducted entirely in English
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role – experience in tourism/hospitality is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, independence (the professional supervisor – CFO oversees the work from abroad)
  • Knowledge in accounting – supporting bookkeeping (certified accountant qualification is an advantage)
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Confident knowledge of Excel
