Transition Program Coordinator

Our partner, a global real estate company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. In this position you could Successfully execute and deliver programs and projects to enable key strategic initiatives. This role develops and aligns pursuit content for global transitions.  The Transition Program Coordinator ensures proper coordination and documentation of activity around effective transitions.  Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress.  Supports process development, program improvement and quality initiatives for global transitions.

Job summary:

  • Decision-Making Authority:
    • Follows established methods and procedures, but may have freedom to determine priorities for completion of tasks

  • Supervisory Responsibilities
    • Leads, assigns or delegates tasks to workstream participants
    • Coordinate efforts of a project team to complete work within project deadlines
    • Provide solutions to routing or complex problem
  • Coordinate and successfully execute multiple projects within our client’s Global Occupier Services enterprise.  Implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the Transition Platform. 
  • Facilitate the collection of best practices, capabilities and resources to ensure effective transitions.
  • Supports business development by responding to RFP's and development of presentation materials, in partnership with Global Transitions Operations Lead and Regional Program Lead, with respect to transition services. 
  • Manage Transition programs to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of services per contractual obligations:
  • Assist Program Lead with communication on project progress via meeting minutes, reports and presentation materials.  Follow-up and track action items.
  • Responsible for administration to track and manage transition budget established in ProForma.
  • Monitor, track and report overall transition progress; schedule creation and tracking, liaison with countries, data consolidation, risk register.  Support Program Lead in identifying potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate.
  • Support contract review and consolidate abstract
  • Develop project closeout materials and provide administration support to ensure proper hand-off to account teams at completion.  
  • Maintain and file complete and accurate project documentation, service and compilation reports.
  • Support organizational change management activities

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree is required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training preferred
  • Fluent English (both oral and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to pay attention to the details
  • Strong priority setting skills and time management
