Our partner, a global real estate company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. In this position you could be responsible for complex employee lifecycle processes, while also participating in payroll-related support and administration. Beside operational tasks you could also have the chance to take part in internal HR projects.

Your tasks will be as a Senior HR Advisor:
- Supporting payroll administration and being in contact with the local Payroll team
- Management of employee files
- Management of incoming inquiries via email and internal ticketing tool
- End-to-end employee lifecycle management
- Employee contract management
- Ensuring up to date employee files
- Supporting on-boarding and off-boarding processes to meet local and global compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HR, labor law is an advantage
