Sales Representative (software development company; hunting focus)

The position is hunting-focused, so we are looking for candidates who perform this activity with energy and confidence (there is an opportunity for advancement towards Key Account

Management in the long term!)

Due to the expansion of our existing 4-member team, we are looking for a new sales colleague whose tasks will include the following:

  • Acquire new clients to broaden the local portfolio - Proactively sell the entire product portfolio to both existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with major accounts
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, conduct sales meetings, and provide software demonstrations
  • Serve as a technical sales consultant to customers
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners
  • Explore new sales opportunities and propose strategies for market penetration in Hungary
  • Review sales performance to meet annual targets
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and conferences when feasible

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a sales expert, preferably in IT and/or Telecom solutions (2 years of experience at least)
  • Native Hungarian speaker, fluent in English
  • Strong interest in AI, software development, eager to learn new technology and be a technical consultant as well
  • Eager to learn and hands-on approach
