Electrical test equipment and measuring instrument manufacturer and distributor company is looking for an Office Manager colleague, who could be responsible for complex value-added processes in the field of office management, finance, logistics and marketing tasks as well and provide direct support to the CEO.

What you will be doing:
• Support the work of the CEO
• Support of office operation
• Management of official documents
• Support office administration
• Maintain contact with suppliers, partners and lawyers
• Stock and inventory management
• Customer and supplier database management
• Preparation of marketing materials
• Financial tasks:
o Monitor bank and payment transactions
o House cash register documentation
o Accounts receivable management
o Invoicing
o Be in contact with the accountant
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Fluency in English
• 1-2+ years of experience in office management
• College or university degree
• Knowledge of accounting is a preference, but not a core requirement
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP is an advantage
• Can-do attitude, proactivity • Attention to details
