French multinational company is looking for a Logistics Administrator colleague.

What you will be doing as a Logistics Administrator:
• Respond to master data requests and inquiries
• Manage clients’ pricing conditions
• Set up new business partners within the system
• Collect data from central database or from suppliers and create the material masters
• Work closely with supply chain team to set up master date rules and ensure data accuracy
• Opportunity to work on process improvement solutions
• Manage different master data rules and data in SAP with regard to:
• Source flows
• Stock policy
• Safety stock
• Lead times
• Foreign descriptions
• Life cycle changes of the products
• Customs code
• Country of origin
• Marketing parameters
• Life statuses
• Minimum order quantity

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• 0,5-2 years’ experience in the Logistics field
• Experience in ERP System – SAP is a plus
• Confident, user level experience in Excel
• Accuracy, reliability, reactivity
