Our partner company in the field of Energy Market is looking for a Java and AWS Developer colleague.

Our Partner operates in the dynamic and challenging energy market, offering diverse business and technical tasks. Their Scrum teams consist of 3-5 developers, 1 business analyst, and 1 tester. Business analysts prepare business requirements, but they collaboratively design development solutions, making it essential for every developer to actively participate in planning. Expect variety instead of template-based development; real-time processing of large data sets (e.g., time series), complex data models, sophisticated algorithms, and high-availability systems.

What you will be doing:

• Develop software solutions for small players in the energy market (solar parks, gas engines, wind turbines) to sell the electricity they produce.
• Work on device control-related developments.
• Engage in end-to-end project delivery (consulting, development, operation, support).
• Collaborate within a 6-member team using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in planning and design sessions, ensuring active involvement in the development process.

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• Strong knowledge of Java programming: Minimum 5 years of active use.
• Proficiency in cloud development, preferably AWS.
• Strive for simple solutions.
• Follow Clean Code principles.
• Understand that teamwork helps, not hinders.
• Comfortable with English (international clients).
• Open to new technologies and eager to learn.
