What you will be doing as an HR Advisor:
• Support HR transition projects and participate in knowledge transfers
• Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
• Participation in system and process implementations
• Support Change Request Management activities for entire HR Service system
landscape (Success Factors, OpenText, ServiceNow) including the submission, follow-up, and implementation of defined change requests
• Document business requirements and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders
• Participate in system and process improvements
• Support Testing coordination tasks
• Assist with HR knowledge management activities
• Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
• Support the administration of HR processes and procedures along the employee life
cycle and complete daily operational activities
• Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality
and access to be in line with policies
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in the HR field
• Experience with HR projects (HR Transition and / or HR System implementation)
• Fluent French and English language skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced computer skills
