Digital HR Project Manager
The Digital HR Project Manager will strategically drive digitization and automation for our clientt’s Business Units in EMEA.

Job summary:
- You will prioritize demands and will derive and monitor the implementation of the HR IT roadmap balancing budgets and benefits.
- You will set up and execute various HR digitalization projects in close collaboration with the global and European HR and IT community.
- Your focus lies on the further development of our current technology landscape (especially ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SuccessFactors Employee Central and our efile solution Opentext).
- You will work closely with our IT department, our external IT providers, the HR Business Process Analysts in our Solution Center Europe as well as the Europe Africa CHRO team.
- You will always keep in mind how our client can continuously harmonize processes and data.
Requirements:
- You have profound experience in HR and/ or HR IT, ideally in an international (consulting) environment or in an international organization
- You have proven project management and stakeholder management skills
- You are IT-savvy with intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and HR efiling solutions
- You are fluent in English and can speak German on a B2 level (Spanish and French is a plus)
- You have successfully completed your university degree (e.g. economics, psychology, social sciences)
- You like to think in strategic and processual contexts
- You have good knowledge in MS O365
- You act confidently in dynamic environments
- You are willing to travel mainly within Europe (~15 %)
