Marketing and Communication specialist company looks for a Romanian Speaking Customer Service Specialist in their team of 3. The company’s contact center has been actively operating since 2010 and supports a premium category car manufacturer brand as their key account mainly in the central-eastern European region. In this role you could come across with complex service and quality-related customer requests and inquiries focusing mainly on product and service-related questions, furthermore you had the opportunity to actively use your Romanian and occasionally English knowledge.

What you will be doing as a Customer Service Specialist:
- Handling incoming email and phone requests, inquiries and complaints
- Investigate complex issues and be in contact with the Romanian headquarter
- Gathering further information from competent departments and experts for process resolution
- Administrative tasks
- Making outgoing customer service calls, such as data clarification, customer satisfaction and quality-related calls
- Support ingoing lead requests and contact customers for liaising about customer preferences
- Participate in the whole issue resolution cycle and initiate follow up calls
Requirements:
- Fluency in Romanian – native or advanced level
- Intermediate English language skills
- Hungarian is only an advantage
- At least upper secondary education
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Computer and MS Office skills
