Our partner is an American multinational company that is in the chemical industry. They are looking for a GL Accountant colleague for their growing team.
The ideal candidate should have an Economist Degree, and minimum intermediate English knowledge.
The Cash Accountant will be responsible for bank statement postings, incoming and outgoing payment allocation on a daily basis within Europe.
Your tasks will be as a Cash Accountant:
- FX accrual posting during closing
- Bank statement booking
- Incoming and outgoing payment allocation
- Monthly reconciliation of the accounts for the responsible units
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and company policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit processes on the cash booking side

Requirements:
- Qualified accountant or college degree in Finance/Accounting is a must
- Communication level of English knowledge, and Hungarian is a must
- Shared services center experience is an advantage
- Proactive, team player attitude.
- Accounting (bank accounting) experience is a plus, but we are open for fresh graduate candidates as well
- SAP, JDE experience is a plus
