Noémi prefers to recruit for positions that require specialized expertise or leadership experience, but she is also happy to lead any recruitment project related to technical fields. For example industrial automation (plc, robot programming, etc), manufacturing technologies (cnc, injection molding, welding, soldering, etc), maintenance, quality, logistics (procurement, warehousing, production planning, transportation), construction and facility management related positions.
